Confidentiality

I will keep everything you say strictly confidential within this practice, unless

  • you have given me permission to speak to others
  • I need to speak to helping professionals with whom you are working
  • I am required to do so by law
  • I believe you are at risk of harming yourself or harming others.

I will retain our session notes but will shred these after 7 years.
